    Fitness / culturism

    Am să postez câteva articole personale, inspirate din diverse studii medicale, adică nu articole gen "eu cred că".

    Tot în acest topic vom putea discuta în linişte despre nutriţia, antrenamentul şi suplimentele necesare un om sportiv, care face fitness ori culturism.

    PS: Orice discuţie despre substanţe periculoase ori interzise este contrar regulamentului.

    Greutate mică + repetări multe vs. greutate mare + repetări puţine? Care variantă este mai bună pentru masa musculară?

    Tot din articol de mai sus citez: "These results suggest that low-load high volume resistance exercise is more effective in inducing acute muscle anabolism than high-load low volume"

    Mitul sutelor de abdomene zilnic

    Pentru slabire rapida ai gasit ceva? ma refer la slabit din grasime nu din masa musculara.

    Slabire rapida nu prea exista. Poti incerca dupa fiecare antrenament de forta sa bagi 15-25 minute de bicicleta/stepper/banda. De ce zic antrenament de forta? Un astfel de antrenament arde cu mult mai multe calorii decat alergatu' ca un soricel disperat in roata aia =))

    Si eu am observat ca, cat timp am facut exercitii seara am slabit mai mult. Seara a se intelege pe la 9 asa...

    De vreo 2 saptamani m-am reapucat de sala dupa o pauza maricica (cam un an jumate). Nu stiu cum de mi-a scapat thread-ul asta, si chiar am gasit un articol foarte explicit si bun care mi-a confirmat faptul ca mai bine lucrez greutate mica + repetari multe. Ultima data cand am fost mergeam pe ideea greutate mare + repetari putine. In afara faptului ca rezultate nu prea se vedeau, incepusem sa am probleme cu articulatiile, avand dureri considerabile la fiecare antrenament.
    In momentul de fata merg pe reteta greutatea suportata de mine cu repetari cat mai multe. In timp se dezvolta masa musculara, si automat cresc si greutatile.

    As vrea sa mai vorbim si despre alimentatie, suplimente nutritive, frecventa si ciclurile exercitiilor.

    Eu am pus dupa sarbatori intr-un stil barbar Tre' sa ma apuc neaparat sa dau jos iar ca altfel e nasoala treaba...
